What do I eat for breakfast? Organic low-sodium low-sugar oatmeal, a banana, and Greek Yogurt. It definitely helps keep my energy up so I can do the things I love, like ride into the sunset on a llama.

I eat like a queen in the morning. Omelet with 3-4 eggs and veggies. Sometimes ham in it to. Then I have pineapple on the side in my oatmeal (if they have it in the dining hall). It’s fantastic. Always kicks my morning into gear (:
